Community Massage Therapy
I am a certified massage therapist, currently offering in-home, ceremonial massages in San Diego. I draw from my education in swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, myofascial release and traditional Mesoamerican techniques, as well as intuitive attunement to the body. All of my massages are highly individualized and nurturing, as working with the nervous system is crucial in releasing tension through bodywork. I may use plants, flower essences or herbal sprays to support in creating a sacred space. These sessions are around 1.5 hours, but may be longer if needed.
I would be honored to support you in any stage of your journey connecting with your body.
Sliding scale $60-150, no one turned away for lack of funds.
